Installed RAM, and black screen

Hello,
My Motherboard is an ASRock G43Twins-FullHD, and I just installed 8 GBs of new RAM (G.SKILL DDR3-1333MHz PC3 - 10600 'http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231422'). When the new RAM is in the computer the monitor reads, "No Signal." After that I put the original RAM back in the computer and it ran normally. I also tried running the computer with one stick of the new RAM and it still did not work. Any suggestions?

Clock the RAM in the BIOS down to 1066MHz.

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
