Is that the Socket AM3 board or the Socket AM3+ Board?
Actually that model CMX8GX3M2B1600C9 is not mentioned in either of the QVLs.
So it's a 50-50 chance that they'll work. Need someone who is actually using that model in that Asus board to be able to confirm since it is Asus and they are know to be very finicky about their RAMs....
