I was wondering if the EXTREME3 8 X 4 GO PC17000 RIPJAWS Z CAS9 would fit in the ASus Rampage IV extreme our would theire heatsink be too big to install all 8 of them

Assuming, trying to decipher your question, you're talking about G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (8 x 4GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Model F3-17000CL9Q2-32GBZH and ASUS Rampage IV Extreme then yes it will fit most all HSF including a Noctua NH-D14. Yes, the width allows all 8 sticks of RAM to fit.

I have no idea what you meant by "EXTREME3"? Most of the time I think of an ASRock MOBO whenever I see "EXTREME3". So please provide a link to your HSF to verify that it will indeed fit.
