hi i want to ask what could be the problem with my pc... i was playing NFS HotPursuit when suddenly, the game crashed and my screen went black... forcing me to push the reset button... lol...

here is my rig:
processor: Intel Dual Core E6300 2.8ghz
GPU: Inno3d GT240 512MB DDR5
RAM: Apacer 2GB RAM
HD1: Seagate Barracuda 80GB
HD2: Seagate Barracuda 250GB
PSU: 500W
mobo: ASUS P5KPL-AM/SE

my GPU was bought few days ago... and yesterday, everything was still working fine... Hot Pursuit crashes whenever i slide on the dirt and before i experience this "crashing" the game was having hiccups...

thanks for your help! :)

--edit--

my CPU and GPU is at 40C... btw im only using XP SP3... and the only game that crashes is NFS Hot Pursuit... i've tried other games and they still work just fine...

my PSU is BBPHX Technology... i think its just a generic brand since when i bought that, it is included with my CPU case...
