Will a HD 6950 fit

I bought a Dell XPS 8100 and it has a 5770 HD 1 gb card and I wanted to replace it with the XFX 6950 HD.. My question is will it fit.. As no one has the card for sale I have to order it online

Yes it will as both cards shares same pci e interface with sames speed, only thing is about psu as 6950 hd requires 500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors....
