$500 SC2 budget build

Hey guys,

My friend is looking to build an SC2 gaming PC that can handle live streaming and some video work. He has a budget of $500 and already has an OS and monitor. This is what we had so far:

This ends up around the $500-550 mark. Any suggestions for improvements?

would he see improvements in streaming/sc2 capabailities with the fermi card over the 5770? Obviously either of these configurations would do fine with SC2 itself...I believe his biggest concern is the ability to stream his games live.

After some tweaking, I cam up with this: (based on batuchka's build)

I was a little torn between the phenom and this x4, but the gaming performance difference between the two seems to be very small. He plans on a mild overclock, and it appears that it can be easily achieved w/ this cpu.

Thoughts on the adjustments?

The Builder series is not 80+ compliant and though Antec 300 comes with more fans, once u want to max out cooling potential of any case you won't stick with the stock case fans in any case so...

I know I said one final bump before, but he was lazy and never ordered the parts...he plans on pulling the trigger tonight. Any other last minute input?
