Games keep crashing

So my games keep crashing, it can be any game such as steam games, non steam games ect, my first thoughts was a memory issue? I brought more memory but the issue still stands.

My specs are as followed:
Mobo:Asus crosshair formula 3
Processor:AMD phenom II X4 955
Memory: 7Gb DDR3 1333 Mhz
Graphics Card: Geforce gtx 260
Hdrives: G: 1TB - C-300GB


Any Ideas ?

When the games crash do you get any sort of a error? if so what is it 7gbs of ram thats weird lol. usally go in 2's or 4's on intel go in 3's

Make sure your graphics card has up to date driver.
