Approximate Purchase Date: Soon

Budget Range: 700-800

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies on netflix, downloading and listening to music.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com/ or any place to get good buys

Country of Origin: Us

Parts Preferences: I don't really have a preference because this is going to be my first build.I just cant decide between an Amd X4 955 or the sandy Bridge i5 2500K...

Overclocking: Probably once i figure eveything else out

SLI or Crossfire: Not sure if i have to...since I'm planning on using my tv instead of normal 23" monitor

Monitor Resolution: I have 52" LCD 1080P i would like to use

Additional Comments:

Ok since this is my first build and I'm new to all of this i can really use some help. I have been trying to pick things out on my own but i cant tell if anything will work with what i have picked out. I have been reading alot of posts and other people's posts but its hard to tell if what the other build's gpus will work for my tv. Pretty much the whole point of this post is just getting somebody else's idea for a new build.

If you need to know any other information i am more then willing to tell you anything you need to know..

Thank you in advance

"Kinda far" or "near"; which is it? :)

My vote is for the "K".

It's not far lol sorry about that half asleep when I wrote that. And yeah I was thinking about getting the SB but I couldn't figure out what graphic card I would need to use for my tv. The only other problem is I that I keep trying to pick everything out but can't tell if any of it is going to work together properly.

A mini HDMI to HDMI cable is included in the box

a single GTX 560 build would do fine with an decent 500-550W 80+ PSU as well ^^
