How to make a switch to turn on/off 12V LED kit

Hello, I've bought a led kit which is 12V, i connected it's tails with the 12V and ground to a PSU molex, i want to make a switch to turn it on or off whenever i want, so any help or pics would be appreciated.

Get a SPST switch (unless you want to make one), and connect one lead to the power, and the other lead to the LEDs. Or use a SPDT switch (but you don't need it), and connect the LEDs to C or common, and +12 V to one of the other connectors.

one lead to the power, and the other lead to the LEDs. ? you mean +12V and G to the switch connectors ? i understand the SPDT switch process, but i don't know what u mean by " Connect one Lead to the Power "

Connector on the switch. +12 V and the + LED connection(s) to the switch.
