JetWay JHZ03-GT-LF AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - $73 AS

Acer 21.5 HD monitor - $135

Rosewill 120mm Case fan - $9

Rosewill CPU Cooler - $20

NZXT Gamma (ATX Mid Tower) - $40

Seagate 500gb-7200rpm - $25 ( Really cheap :D )

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE - $140

Razer Deathadder Black 3500 - $60 AS

XFX 750 watt moduler power supply - $130($100 AR)

XFX 6870 (Dual fan) - $220($190 AR)

Corsair Vengeance 4gb DDR3 RAM 1600mhz - $55($35 AR)

Estimated Total = $857 AR's and AS

I didn't include a cd drive because my main purpose in choosing this mobo is because it has an IDE slot and is affordable. Since I already have an IDE cd drive laying around my house. In the future I do plan to get another 6870, so how will this be more gaming on that 1080p monitor?

I want one with a PATA slot so I can use my old cd drive. It says sli would it still be fine for crossfire?

If not this one

The board doesnt support CROSSFIRE
It only supports SLI

Instead of 6870

Wait umm that mobo is only 16x/4x???????

I'm sorry for selecting best answer. I'm still looking for a mobo and the 2nd one I posted seems like the best bet. Its 8x/8x in crossfire, has a PATA slot, and is overclockable.

If not the case I chose supports mATX mobo's so I can still go with the first one. Just wondering if its worth the extra $40 for a faster mobo. I also don't plan on getting more than 8gb's and don't even plan on overclocking maybe juse the cpu and gpu. I'll take the 6950 into consideration.

only 5-8% difference between x16/x4 and x8/x8 CROSSFIRE
The More $$$ you invest better the quality you get
6950 is a very good card which scales better than the 6870 in all games
