Whats wrong with my GPU?!

My GPU specs:
Core Clock: 550MHz
Shader Clock: 1340MHz
Memory Clock: 900MHz

CPU-Z says:
Core Clock: 135MHz
Shader Clock: 270MHz
Memory Clock: 135MHz

When I run MSI Kombuster to benchmark.. it's only benchmarking what CPU-Z specs say instead of the supposed specs.. What's going on?!

Might be necessary info:
CPU: Athlon II x4 630 at stock speed 2.8MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA890-UD3H
GPU: GT240 DDR3 1gb (don't comment, it had a really good MIR)

Go on your settings and see if its running at 2D clocks rather than 3D.

I had a GT240 1gb from MSI. The nvidia drivers will run the card at low clockspeeds if its idle at the desktop. Open the Nvidia Control panel and set the card to max performance instead of adaptive clocking. That'll force it to run at max speeds and reload GPU-Z or CPU-Z or MSI Afterburner to take a look.

So it doesn't run at expected performance during games? Cause it should be that low at idle...
