Welcome back to Tom's Forum! :)

I'm really confused here, your Topic is X58 UD5 vs UD9, but your Question is about a P35. All MOBO's are EOL and no longer in production; eBay might have them used.

Regarding the X58 UD5 vs UD9, the UD9 is perhaps one of the best X58 MOBO's ever manufactured the obvious difference is the UD9 is a 4-WAY SLI and the UD5 is a 3-WAY SLI. The UD9 also employed dual NF200 chips and an incredible 24 Phases to the CPU.

Regarding the GA P35T-DQ6, it's way EOL and eBay of find it used.

Alternatives (subject to your requirements e.g. CPU, SATA, PCI/PCIe, Peripherals) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007627%20600007879&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=REVIEWS&PageSize=20

What 'specs' exactly do you need? Example, what components? what peripherals? A simple 'clone' isn't going to be found, but that doesn't mean an alternative won't work or even work better.
