Will PSU fit in my case

I have a mid tower case and I am looking into upgrading the power supply that came in it.

The PSU i was looking into getting was this

I was wondering if this would fit right into my case.

that states that they are compatible

Atx is a standard across pc components if it states Atx it should fit Atx
