Installing a CM Hyper n520 in CM 922 case

Hello,
I installed a CM Hyper n520 on an asus M4A89GTD Pro/usb3 mpbo in an a CM 922 case.Because the mobo tray cut-out doesn't line up properly with the mobo cpu area,the bottom 2 nuts on back retension plate are touching the mobo tray.
Will this cause any problem such as shorting out mobo or components on the mobo?

Hello, and welcome to THG.

Maybe, maybe not. I would NOT risk it. If you have plastic screws, go with those, if not, either remove them, get plastic ones, or get a new cooler fan system.

I would have thought others that have run into this problem would be commenting here...
I have had my sytem up and running since May 19th and seems to be running fine...Just wish Cooler Mster had made cpu opening a bit larger....
