Enough power?

i just ordered a galaxy 460 768mb card and was wondering if my psu is enough to power everything?
cpu - q9450
gpu i have now msi 8600 gts diamond plus
2gb ram
pioneer dvd-rw 112
250gb seagate
1tb seagate
motherboard - p5e-vm hdmi
psu i have now was taken from a antec 2480 case which is

using two 120mm fans from the antec 2480

cooler master elite 341's fan in back of the case
