Motherboard upgrade can't be found..

Currently I have a (Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80569Q9550) My MB died and I wanted to keep my processor and upgrade. I was looking for a FSB of 1333, PCIe 2.0, DDR3 @ 1333 and that's all.. the rest I don't care about.

The problem is I can't find any sellers that have any MB in stock. If anyone has any idea please let me know. Thanks

old MB was (GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard)
old VID was (TI 100-435805 Radeon X1900XTX 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 CrossFireX Support VIVO Video Card) now I was given a (EVGA

new VID (GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card) -(was given to me) so wanted to go with that.

Well even if its not Express 2.0.....PCI Express 2.0 is backwards compatible with 1.0. And there is only a little performance gain from 2.0 over 1.0
