Should I get the Biostar TZ68a+RCH or a different motherboard?

I'm looking to build a new budget gaming rig with either a i3 2100 or i5 2400 so I won't be doing any over clocking. I'm looking for a good motherboard that is around $100 or so. Right now newegg has the biostar motherboard for $90 after rebate and that sounds cheap for a z68 motherboard. Is this a good motherboard to choose or are their better options for around $100?

Also i'm not sure if it's a concern but the motherboard only has 2 usb 2.0 ports and 2 usb 3.0 ports and only 3 audio ports.
