Almost complete, still missing cpu + mobo

So far, I've bought these parts:
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W power supply
Antec 300 Illusion + win7
Asus Radeon 6850
G Skill DDR3 1333 4gb ram
Seagate 7200.12 500gb HD
Asus DVD burner
1920x1080 monitor

Usage: Gaming, Youtube, AIM, Ventrilo, Web browsing.

All that's left is processor and mobo (budget for the two is $140-$150). You guys recommended me phenom x4 965 + GA-MA78LMT-S2 AM3 760G microATX from Microcenter http://www.microcenter.com/specials/promotions/AMDbundl...

I have two questions:
1. I don't want to buy a separate cooler, will the 965BE run really hot and noisy? (I will not be overclocking).

2. From the reviews the board seems great but people are saying that a big video card could block the SATA ports. Isn't that a bad thing for http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
