Evga geforce gts sc 1 gb vs bfg 9800 gtx+ 1gb

Hello, system specs
intel quad core 2.33 ghz
bfg 550 watt power supply
asus P5QL-VM EPU mother board
dual boot xp and windows & 64 bit
7 gb 800 mhz ddr2 ram
my current card is a
bfg 9800 gtx+ 1gb oc
ordered a 450 gts sc evga
basically for gddr5 memory and mainly for direct x11
after reading a lil more after i made my choice i had already noticed
this card had gddr5 an upgrade 192 cuda cores vs 128 an upgrade
but i noticed on the memory interface i had 256 vs the 128 of
the gts 450 sc am i going to notice any more fps i know the
memory interface is how fast the card talks to the memory
so will one gb ddr5 192 cuda cores 882MHz core clock 3800 MHz memory clock 1764 MHz shader clock on 128 bit be as fast or will it be faster than my
256 bit gddr3 750 mhz core clock 1000mhz memory clock (2000mhz data rate) with only 128 cuda cores?
will it perform better other than what i know direct x11 will bring through tesselation

More about evga geforce 9800
  1. yout limited by the Q8200 (if thats what your using), and 7gb DDR2 wtf USE MATCHED PAIRS FOR DUAL CHANNEL, more ram can actually DECREASE PERFORMANCE, also dump xp and do a solid windows 7 64 install comeon seriously, and i hope your "550 watt power supply" is a branded psu.

They are about equal in performance as far as games go.

Some of us still need XP for programs that will not run under Win7. Even in the XP mode of 7 so ditching it is not an option.
Some of my older games I stiip play occasionally will not install or run after installed. AOE will run but has seriously screwed up colors. trees are red etc.
Also my credit card processing software will only run on XP. so ditching XP is NOT an option.
