Pc does not boot when i insert graphics card

Hello,
I've P4,2.5gb ddr2 ram,320gb hard disc and nvidia 9400gt gfx card and 450w PSU.
I was working the same configuration from past 1 year but last week my pc suddenly turned off.
Then i removed all parts and re inserted then i got that wen i insert gfx card thn only it wont start. Can any one help me out?
