Enough power for Phenom 965...?

Guys,

NCIX has a sale on the 965 that ends today. I was planning on upgrading my rig with a 965 and a GTX460, but for now, I was wondering if my power supply (300W Seasonic at http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151086 ) will be sufficient to power the Phenom?

My plan is to get ONLY the Phenom for now, while it's on sale. This is using a Asus M4A88T-D (which supports 140W CPUs), with a Blu-Ray Drive, 1 320G boot drive and 4 2TB storage drives. I would get the GTX460 (or some other video card) later down the road.

(I do know that the power supply will need to be upgraded with the GTX460.)

For the CPU alone, it is powerful enough. Adding in the GTX 460, I would recommend upgrading your PSU (as you already noted ).

Hi SilverJS!
If you were to use the 140w cpu on a 300w Seasonic if would definitely be enough!
But if you were to add a gtx 460 you have to at least add a 500w psu.
