I'm stuck

In a attempt to fix a unrelated problem , i stupidly followed the advice of a guide on the internet advicing to uninstall my graphics card though the device manager , and now i have no clue what to do next. I can't find out were to download it back from all i can find is the driver and when i try to install the driver it says
Windows has found driver software for your device but encountered a error while attempting to install it
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
The system cannot find the file specified
i'm not very computer literate , so some help would be nice
*i'm using Windows vista BTW*

  1. What is the make and model of your system or motherboard?

Are you using the 32-bit edition or the 64-bit edition of Windows Vista?
  2. 32 Bit , DELL Inspiron
  3. Which Dell Inspiron model? Is it an Inspiron Laptop or an Inspiron Desktop? There must be an Inspiron model number.

I'm trying to help you find the correct driver installation package for the Intel chipset on your motherboard.

  8. Download the Intel G31/G33/Q33/Q35 Graphics Controller driver for the Inspiron Desktop 518 Microsoft Windows Vista 32-bit from Dell's website here:

Installation Instructions as provided by Dell

    1. Click Download Now, to download the file.

    2. When the File Download window appears, click Save (Windows XP users will click Save) this program to disk and click OK. The Save In: window appears.

    3. From the Save In: field, click the down arrow then click to select Desktop and click Save. The file will download to your desktop.

    4. If the Download Complete window appears, click Close. The file icon appears on your desktop.

    1. Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled R180788.exe.

    2. The Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R180788. Write down this path so the executable (I.e. Setup.exe) file can be found later.

    3. The Self-Extractor window appears.

    4. Click OK.

    5. After completing the file extraction, if the Self-Extractor window is still open, close it.

    6. Click the Start button and then click Run.

    7. Type C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R180788 in the Open textbox and then click OK.

    8. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
