Will this PSU be enough for SLI/OC in this build?

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z68X UD-3
CPU: Intel i5 2500k
CPU Cooler:CoolerMaster Hyper 212
RAM: G.Skill Sniper Low Voltage 8GB
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3
ODD: Sony Optiarc SATA DVD/CD Burner
GPU: MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr

If I want to SLI the GPU and OC the CPU, not the GPU will this PSU be enough?

I personally would go with at least a quality 750 watts. Not saying it won't, probly will, but it'll use over 90% load of the power supply.

I would consider a 750w.
Its very much like pushing it on the edge.

With one gtx560ti that takes around 169w.

It's got enough power ( 750w would be more comfortable ), not enough connectors ( 750w does )

I agree with the above. The 650 is pushing it (plus, as Dell said, you don't have enough connectors). Go get a good 750 - 850W if you want OC headroom.

I'm using a Corsair HX620w to run SLi'd GTX560's that are clocked at 900mhz together with a 2600K so unlike the other posters I'd say you are good to go.
