This post is bit different from the other guy who was playing WoW...
Spec:
Dell Vostro 430
-i870
-8gb ram (4dim) ddr31333
-PSU: 650w cosair
- GPU:HIS HD 5850

I was barely doing anything, I was just watching youtube video and it happened to me couple of times. I updated driver to most recent one, but problem still occurs. When i play video games like Fallout NV, SC2, BFBC2, and more, it Never occured to me. So i don't know exactly the problem is.

This problem has nothing to do with drivers. It does it with every single driver out there.

What you can do is, you can increase idle ( sometimes called 2D ) clock speeds a little bit.

My Sapphire Radeon HD5770 gives me that problem message, too, if I do not increase idle core/memory clock speeds from 157/300 to 200/400.

You can try that, too. Open CCC and switch to Overdrive tab. Create a new profile and edit that profile to change 157 to 200 and 300 to 400.

Please note profile method works with CCC 10.11 and 10.12.
