EVGA - 121-LF-E652-RX and i3 550

i recently bought an i3 550 and i need a motherboard. I recently saw the EVGA - 121-LF-E652-RX (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188106)

on sale at a few different sites but under the specs it only supports i5 and i7. i wanted to know if the i3 I have would still work with the board. thanks

it will work but i think it is refurbished, better stay away from it, instead get this
