Megalodon goes mute with onza controller

hi, i was wondering if anyone could solve this....my razer megalodon goes mute if i also have a razer onza or xbox 360 controller connected, also depending on which device i connected first, my controller stops functioning but the headphones work....hmmmm, im stuck guys....if some could help, id be much abliged. peace

I am having the same problems. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I have no other problems with my USB headset with the controller unplugged.

It may be that the controller is trying to use it's own drivers for an attached headset. Maybe something with the Microsoft controller drivers.
