m planning to buy a amd phenom 11 x4 955 black edition processor and a geforce gt 430 2g graphics card do i need extra cooling for them...suggest cheap cooling components or cabinets

You won't need any extra cooling for the video card. As for the CPU, get a decent aftermarket cooler (like a Coolermaster Hyper 212+) if you have the cash and are looking to overclock. Those chips do tend to get a little hot and the stock cooler is somewhat noisy.

Why phenom II X4 955 if you can go for 2500k which is much faster in performance

A GT 430..... down grade the CPU to a Athlon X3 450 and get yourself a GTX 460 (SE or 768MB) instead. A GT 430 is pretty much darn near pointless if you have integrated graphics.

For a case, I suggest looking for one in a trash can. Cooling.. depends.

955BE is pretty old. I am not saying it is a bad solution for gaming and when you are buying its pretty good to buy what's new in the market.
But we dont have a budget from you actually help out. So please do mention where you are from and what's your budget.

Downgrade to the Athlon II X3 450 Rana and get yourself a HD 6850, uses alot less power for equal performance, can usually be found cheaper than the HD 6850 also.
