System Setup Unsuccessful

Will anyone help me troubleshoot my problem? I recently bought a bundle from newegg.com and I cannot get any video, nor will my system speaker indicate that the system has booted. All of the cables are plugged in and connected properly. The fans turn on, as does the hard drive.

The same monitor worked on a different system. It isn't the monitor.
