Computer Will Not Boot After BIOS Upgrade

After doing an HP BIOS upgrade on my p6130f from an official exe from HP's website, the computer will not boot, there is no display, plays boot sound, then turns off, and repeats. Any ideas? Thanks

no worries i've asked the same question before ^_^ we've all been there.

make sure your machine is completely unplugged, and open it up. on the motherboard (most likely the bottom right if you're looking strait at it) theres something that looks like a watch battery. you can usually just pop it out using a screw driver to pull back the little metal tab. do it carefully so you dont break the plastic harness that holds it in. after you pop it out let the machine sit for 30 seconds, somebody once told me to "sing happy birthday". after that plug the little watch battery back in and then boot it up.
