My specs now are

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.40GHz
G-Skill 4GB DDR3 Ram
OCZ Fatality 550W PSU
Radeon HD 5750
MSI 880GMA-E45 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I mainly play games, WoW, SC2, Civ5, quite a few others as well... waiting on Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2, The Witcher 2, and possibly Rift.

So what would be the best card that would work with my system?

So mostly RPG games then? You don't need a very large card to max out RPG games becuse the lower FPS looks differnt in RPG vs' a First Person Shoot.

I would say to crossfire another 5750 as a cheap solution but you don't have 2x16 pci-express slots.

I would say a 6850/6870 for around $200.Performance is great, i currently own a 6870.

Forgot to list your monitors resloution plz post it.

The best cards for around $200 are the GTX 460 1gb or HD6850.

I was wondering why you would want a new card if you have a 5750,that explains it.

I guess what to do now would be how long do you plan to use the card and are you wanting to crossfire/sli it.And what other games you play.

If your wanting to save money get the 460 1G version. If you want to crossfire then i would say go with the 6850.

Considering that Blizzard games favor NVIDIA cards, the GTX 460 1GB is the best card for you below 200$.

The EVGA FTW card is usually about $230, not under $200. Paying for a factory overclock when there are significantly cheaper cards with better cooling that you can easily overclock yourself doesn't make much sense IMO.

I've decided on the gtx 460.. however I'm not sure which one to get.
Newegg doesn't have the GTX 460 FTW in stock, amazon has some though.

I also found this palit 460 2gb

Is it any good?

I guess I'm trying to decide between

Which of those would be best? or is there better out there?
ugh I'm not good when it comes to picking out upgrades for my PC.

I should also note that I'm probably not going to be doing any overclocking myself as I'm scared I'd screw something up.

I have the EVGA 1371TR - OC 720 - 1gb. I've added 10% to 792 without gaining one degree of heat. It idles in my case(35c) at 31c, maxes to 41c. It blazes thru MSFX and Race07 like a hot knife thru butter.

i terms of quality i'd say #1 asus, number 2 msi, number 3 gigabyte and evg are just overclocked refrence cards.. but they are very user friendly and a well run company so should you have an issue they will be quick to help you out.

i agree the gtx 460 for your res is probably the best dicition it'll run wow in ultra at your res withought breaking a sweat, no need to get the ftw as its the same as the free performane boost gtx 460 (ie both refrence) if you are gonna spend more either of the other brands i mentioned you won't go wrong with

forgot to mention... 2 gigs in a gtx 460 is useless here's a review

http://benchmarkextreme.com/Articles/GTX%20460%20ANALYS...

a gtx 460 just doesn't use 2 gigs so its a waste

Just noticed the dimensions on it and I don't think it'll fit in my case...

dimensions on my 5750 are 7.25" x 4.38" x 1.5" which leave me roughly an inch and a half space between my card and my psu

dimensions on the gtx 460 are 7.90" x 4.34" x 4.50" so unless I'm looking at it wrong it won't fit :(

what kind of case do you have?

unless its a micro atx case with a bottom mount psu butted up right next to the bottom of the mobo you should be fine
