GTA 4 working slow.

A GT 210? Yeahhh... that's basically good for watching movies. Also 2gb of RAM is very low in a modern system.

CPU is good though... so... there is that.

+1 gt210. throw it away, get a good vid card, and get more ram

You know you have a nice processor but your holding it back with that 2gb ram and GT220.

+1 1st thing to get is RAM then GPU. Remember GTA is poorly coded.

If you don't want to change the GPU:

Get video configuration to medium tops and Lower details it might help a little.

my budget is usd 100 to 150

Get a 5770 then. Solid performer for around $100. Just look for a deal, my gf just upgraded to one for around $95.

Then spend the rest on more RAM...

The 5770 is a good choice though your budget could get you a 460GTX for a bit more

Not a big fan of the GTX470 honestly. They run hot unless you get one with a very nice aftermarket cooler, like the Gigabyte one with dual fans. Had a guy bring one back because the stock fan wouldn't keep it cooler than 100c under load. And it wasn't the only one.

I say 5770. Then pump up to 4GB of RAM.

I think your ram is really low and I think you should upgrade it.
