Heating up need help

thermaltake 500watt
phenom 2 x4 945 3.0
2 ddr 2 generic
9800 gtx+ pny
my mother board gets hot because of the southbridge anything i can do to fix it ?


i tried changin thermal paste on the board cleaning up my video card also

So where is it hot? I do not see anything wrong except SpeedFan reporting wrong voltages.

OK OK on the orange chip

that picture was on idle wen i play sims 3 its goes up to 70 gpu and 70 temp meaning the southbridge i touched it and its so hot that i got burned

Fan less heat sink will get hot and 70°C will burn you but is normal for GPU under load. Improving airflow around the cooler is my suggestion although 70°C is nothing to worry about.
