Server MOBO

Hey guys, I was wondering if a xeon 2 processor mobo would fit into a standard sized tower. Not one of those small desktops but a tower like and e-machines or a dell. I'm looking at custimizing one for myself and I saw a cheap xeon with the processor already in, online.

Also are there things you can do on a standard mobo that you can't do on a server one?

That depends on the form factor of the motherboard in question and what form factors the tower case will accept.

Server motherboards are generally built for Server Operating Systems and you may have difficulties finding drivers for a home use operating system.

Yeah, if you can find out the form factor (like desktop standards ATM, mATX, etc.), finding a case for it will be much easier.
