Need help with motherboard beeps

I just upgraded my system with a new mobo, cpu, gpu, and ram. My mobo is a MSI H61M-p21, and I am getting a beep code that I can't find. It is 2 sets of short beeps such as beep beep, beep beep. Then I get the normal OK beep after those. The system boots up and runs fine, there are no errors in the device manager, and all of my components are recognized correctly. I am just concerned about the beeps and if there is something I need to fix before it causes a problem.
