Searching for a vid card for my old D965EE

Hello, my old mobo die and now i need to chose a new GPU for an D965EE my old vid was a build on nvidia geforce9300

thats right I been reading about how unefficient this heater is so sometime next year I would upgrate everthing but GPU.
I use this system for DJing and the HDMI vid out would be feeting a projector with a Max resoution of 1920X1200
i would prefer something that would perform much much better or faster than my old sistem
old dead system: zotac gt9300 DE, pentiumd965 not OC, 2G DDR2 dual channel crucial balisticx 1066Mhz 5-5-5-15cl, vetex2 60G, win7 profesional64 and PS master cool 650 80+ cert.
new system:asus P5G41t-mlx3, pentium 965, 8G kingston hyper x ddr3 dual channel 1600 9cl, vertex2 60G, win7, master cool 650 80+cer.
my budget is at 350. Im considering to reuse this GPU for the new system I would be buildting next year.

any other opions my buget is under 250us dlls.. i replace the asus mobo for a zotac 9300 but i still want to upgrade the GPU to the fastest the CPU, MEM, MOBO can support.
