Will these two components fit together?

Im considering this case for my new build ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352005&Tpk=Fractal%20Design%20Define%20XL%20Black%20ATX) and didnt know if my H50 cpu cooler willl have the clearance to fit properly with out leaving the case side off of any thing crazy

You're fine. The case is large and the H50 isn't that big. I would recommend you reconsider both though. The case is overly pricey, as is the H50. You can get better for less in both cases.

I've seen the H50 installed in an Antec 300, and that case only runs ~$60.
