AMD Phenom II 955 Quad core (3.29GHz) or i3-2100 (3.1GHz)?

two desktop systems, same price/1TB/6gb ddr3 which is better?
the intel has Intel H61 and the AMD has NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE + nForce430
I browse the web, stream videos, use photo and dvd authoring sw.

get the amd if you edit photos and videos or use other multithreaded applications as the 4-cores will benefit towards that
