This is What i have so far, i basically will be playing Wow, would of liked a GTX 470, but my limit was $750 so barely going over is ok. If anyone can see where i can make it better or where i can save Please let me know

Do you have a specific timeframe that you're looking to buy?
The reason I ask is that you may have a better selection of motherboards to choose from if you wait a little.
That one is an "H67" chip, so no overclocking (although that may not matter to you), but more importantly it only has 2 RAM slots. So if you wanted to upgrade memory later you would be throwing out you current set and buying an 8G kit.

Also, do you happen to live near a MicroCenter? They have that I5-2400 for $150 (vs 190 @ Newegg) and the I5-2500k for $180.

I could possibly wait about a week or 2, i'm just getting pretty bored here at home lol. Nearest Microcenter is about 6hrs away. So unless they have an incredible set up, i'll take the drive lmao. No, i actually have no idea how to OC so i never even considered it. 8 gig would be pretty nice.

Thinking about waiting till a Better Mobo comes out, than jumping the 460 up to a 470, will everything else be ok staying the same?

Yeah the 470 would be fine.
In between the $190 that you were going to pay for the 460 and the price range where you find the 470's you will also find several good ATI cards. Just about any of those would work fine as well with 5850's and 5870's probably being the price competitors.

True, but my main Game is WoW. Nvidia's GTX will outperform the competition(From the Benchmarks i have read). That's one reason why i'm staying with Nvidia lol.
