Is my system bottlenecking my graphic card?

System specs-
Antec 300 case
Antec BP550 Plus PSU
GA-MA785GM-US2H mobo
AMD 435 X3 @ 3.25ghz
2X2gb ddr2 @ 833mhz
Evga Gtx 460 gpu @ 850/1700/2100
WD 500gb 7200rpm hard drive 32mb cache

I'm asking this because when I run games like Crysis on high no AA I get 15-30 fps and get a lot of chugging frame rates in other games. If it is my system, would upgrading to a p67 mobo, i5-2500k, and 4gb of ddr3 1600mhz ram fix this?

As a side note, with the new power efficency of sandy bridge, would I be able to run gtx 460's SLI with my current power supply and the upgrades listed above?

Isn't the 435 x3 one of toms best CPUs for the money? I'm pretty sure it won't bottleneck a GTX460. My guess is the same as Tamz's, resolution is to high. Realize that might mean you need to go lower then even 1680x1050.
