Bad CPU, Good GPU. Renderahead?
Jan 6, 2011, 3:34 PM
Yes, I've googled my ass of on this one. But can't really find any definitive answer to it.
I have an ol' C2D E8500 @ 3.8Ghz and a new GTX 570 card.
The problem is, I feel that my GPU is far better than the CPU in certain games (Like BC2).
Is it true that a Renderaheadlimit of "0" does unload work on the CPU and gives more work to the GPU?
Thanks in advance!

I have no personal experience but i do know someone who has used that very program and in very similar circumstances and it worked very very well.
So yes this should work.
