Unlocking 8gb ram on biostar motherboard

Hello, i have a biostar a880+ that says its supports 8gb of ram. i recently installed windows7 64bit to unlock the other 4 gb or ram but the system still says that only 4gb of ram is available. i've been looking all over for a solution so anything helps. thank you

Reseat the RAM.

And how many RAM sticks do u have?
