How could we possibly know what the problem is with no information except that your PSU is "not working"?

-How this happened
-What's happening now

If it is a new PSU then either its a DOA or you have done some wrong connection(s) (or left out some important connection). System not powering up can be caused due to many issues. Like mentioned above, we need more information to form a reasonable conclusion.
