Can I upgrade my Dimension 8250 that has a P4 2.53 ghz

Hi - from what I can tell and read, the computer has a PGA 478 socket. Can I update it to a Quad Core Q9000 - I believe it uses the same socket.

I dont believe you can, because the ones i am finding in the Q9000 are mobile, and use a different socket type. If you are looking at something else im not seeing though, let me know.
