Which mobo : Gigabyte - GA-Z68X-UD3P vs P8P67 PRO REV 3.0

Hellow everybody!

Everything is in the title, I was wondering which mobo is the best according to you, don't see any real difference between the two and the two experience quite frequently according to user review DOA. Therefore don't really know which to choose.

I am pretty new in building (only build one computer until now).

Here is what I want to put in my build :

Sapphire - 21197-00-40G - Carte graphique ATI HD 7970 - 3 Go GDDR5 - PCI-E - HDMI / DVI-I
Zalman - Z9PLUS - Boîtier pour PC sans alimentation - USB - Noir
Corsair - CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 - Mémoire RAM - DDR3 1600 - 8 Go COR CL9 Vengeance Kit
Gigabyte - GA-Z68X-UD3P - Carte mère - ATX - Intel Z68 - 1155 Socket (Rev 1.0) or the asus one.
Corsair - Enthusiast Series Modular TX750M - Alimentation pour PC - ATX - 750 W - Noir
Netgear - WNA3100-100FRS - Clé USB 2.0 sans fil N 300 - 2,4Ghz avec support de fixation
Crucial - M4 - Lecteur à état solide (SSD) - Disque dur interne 2,5" - SATA III - 128 Go
Intel - Processeur - Intel Core i7 2600K / 3,4 GHz - LGA1155 Socket - L3 8 Mo - Box

Still need an hdd but don't really know which one to pick .

I can not edit, but I am considering the new Asus and not the one mentionned ! P8Z68-V PRO REV 3.0 .
