Important in my opinion. Anyhow, hypothetically speaking, I'm getting the following processor and motherboard:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103921
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402
What kind of PSU would I need? Can I buy a good PSU that is more powerful than what the board and CPU need?

Sorry, I know nothing about PSU's.
Thanks in advance!
*Also, what would be a good and cheap ATX case for this mobo?*

Solution
You can't fry a board with a high end power supply. I used a 750w 60 amp ps on my sempron system with onboard graphics. The board only uses what it needs. The antec I recommended is a good brand and will cover a wide range of systems and video cards.
I recommend the antec 300 illusion case for $54.99 shipped; for the power supply using a mid range video card (such as the 5770), go with the antec earthwatts e650 for $64.99 shipped; both prices at newegg. For high end cards, go with corsair with 60 amps or more on the 12v rail; the antec has 38 amps on two 12v rails. Avoid these brands for the power supply: thermaltake, rosewill. powmax, or raidmax. Other good brands are enermax or seasonic.

My budget is $200. I would like to get a motherboard with the GPU already in the south bridge (which I'll work out later). I'm just a bit lost wit PSU's. Do I need the PSU to give a mobo as much as it needs, or can I go over the limit with the PSU just giving it what it needs and not using all its power so it doesn't fry it?
