Which Card is Better

Hello,
I have the Intergrated ATI Radeon HD 4200 chip in my Brand New HP Computer. I had an Older HP computer which had a Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT 512mb Low profile PCI card in it.
Which do you believe is the better Graphics Card.

The 8500 GT is a bit better but not a ton.
