Im currently looking at building a pc.

im buying from PCCasegear in australia

Mainly going to use it for Gaming and some light video editing and music editing. Any thoughts/comments you have would be greatly appreciated

4gb of ram will be enough for you usage.
You can drop the psu to 650w. That will be enough to run another 560ti in the future should you decide to add anther.
For some reason g.skill ssds seem to perform less than their equivalent. I'd stick with an ocz vetrex2/agility2 or wait for the new ones to come out. Crucial and intel also make great ssds.

I looked at a lot of graphics cards and i think this is a pretty good one.

Have you heard anything about these graphics cards?

The 560 ti offers nice performance value. What resolution will you be playing on?
