Cheap Video card for pushing 1080p movie

Hello,

Recently I bought a 50'plasma 1080p TV, and will use an old desktop to build a media play center for this TV. This desktop is still in my friend's hand and I do not know the spec.

Question is what kind of video card you would suggest to play 1080p movie to this big screen.
