Error 80 on asus rampage 4

Just purchased the rampage 4. Issues are, half the usb ports on the back don't work after boot, but work in bios. None of the OC profiles in the bios work, system completely unstable and have to clear cmos. System freezes constantly and need task manager to get going, bluetooth drops out frequently. Hoping the m/b is not screwed but not sure. Had basically the same rig setup with 2600k, extreme z and no issues. New rig is 3960x, 32gb g.skill 2133, 3 way sli gtx 580, cpu and gpu's watercooled with custom loop. Bios version is 1005, tried to flash with Asus update but says no suitable file on server. Any ideas?

Seems to be fixed now, or some of it at least. After some hair pulling and longs hours throwing questions online, it seems the answer is the mb not being able to cope with 32gb ram@2133mhz, without throwing serious voltage at the dimms(above 1.7). I reduced the ram to 16gb, now have my system running stable at 4.9ghz, and the ram at 2133mhz. Still have no usb 2, at the i/o panel, but usb 3 is fine. So probably going to have to rma it anyway.
