Does ASrock extreme3 Gen3 need a sound card?

No, but any $25 sound card will beat the quality of the most on-board sound chip : )

If u have by any chance cheap speakers($50) than u not going to be able to tell the difference.

If u have a ($100) headset u will see the difference.

Also, the sound card free off the load from the CPU. Its good when CPU is loaded : )

That way u free the resources for the CPU.

Nope, its the best for sound, but is also great for the CPU, because the CPU does not have to do the sound decoding, ever : )

Ah gotcha. Also I was looking at the ports on the back of that card you linked me. Those are completely different than the ones on the rear of the asrock board I believe. Does that mean those 5.1 logitech speakers will not work unless I get a sound card like that?
